For the color-challenged like me

I found this program at the App Store for my iPad called Color Compare. Actually very useful. It recommends color palettes based on hues, variants and even complimentary colors. It even lets you base a palette on a photo you take of a particular color. I give it a thumbs up

That's pretty cool. I sometimes struggle with color combinations. I tend to stick with safe combos but once in awhile I"ll get more daring.

I'm app challenged. But the whole paint chip/color combo is a great idea.

Here's a link to another. Adobe color is REALLY cool. You can import a photo or image you like and it will pick color groupings from the photo and give you several to choose from.
