coffee and dark chocolate... help! Cut pics added...

Loaf looks great... really dark and chocolatey.. smell is kinda earthy but not unpleasant.

The individual moulds are a bit lighter in colour but still ok.

Will put up pics tomorrow.

Mocha - 70% dark chocolate added at trace, Quad-strength espresso used as part of the water.

My little stash - i keep it in my computer room.

My experience with using cocoa powder or bakers chocolate is that over time the chocolate color bleeds in to the lighter layer.
