Just made a batch of creamy, cheesy potato & leek soup with garlic bread. I love soup on cold, dreary days

Over achiever meal tonight. Hubs picked recipes and helped shop for all the supplies. Tonight was a warm sweet potato salad with quinoa, wild rice, and feta cheese. Lots of garlic and herbs too. Not bad...but a lot of work...

Hubs made fresh mozzerela cheese this past weekend from a kit I got him for Valentines Day. I will shamelessly say that has been a finger food all week! Yummo! Tonight was salad, cheese, and drop biscuits...lol
