No it doesn't stain but it does have a slight pink lather. But nowhere near what you'd expect.

A mix of red rose mica & red iron oxide

It makes a brilliant color. Is it consistent through your bars? the ones on the left look a bit lighter.

Your swirl is great. If you've found a way to get true red, you should patent it right now! IT's like the holy grail of soap colors.

Lol!! My townhouse doesn't have natural light and all I have is cellphone camera so the second picture isn't good but I moved them all around my house and gave up. Took one piece & finally found good lighting. Ugh. And yes it's solid color throughout all of the soaps.

Yes true red is hard if your trying for it. I was going for a shimmery pinkish red. Lol if I wanted true red I wouldn't have gotten it.

Lol! Thanks. I thought the color would've faded but I looked & they are still just as red as when I cut. I'm definitely going to use that combo again in the future.

To aquire a good red it seems you've got to mix colors to achieve it. That's exactly what I did. Lol good luck & thanks.
