Morning all! I received all of my soap bases from EBC yesterday. I got ultra clear, white and shea butter.(20lb blocks) The white soap looks just like the shea butter soap except for the bottom where the titanium dioxide settled. There was a little slip of paper that said that this could happen depending on the temp of the soap when poured. It says that it is normal and that I just need to cut it from top to bottom to incorporate all of the white.

I understand the explanation from Catalina, but I just wanted to hear from you guys that this is, in fact, normal.

I have never ordered from Catalina, but I've never had that happen. But at the same time, it is just a pigment so I could see why that would happen and I don't see why it would affect the end product :)
