    Is that really 14 cups of nutritional ?yeast? or 1/4 cup? I assume it was a typo of measurement and ingredient, yes?

    I have only made it with the raw cashews. I'll have to give the raw almonds a try in that recipe.

    That's good to know but I will never try it. Food allergies in my home.

    Oh, I'm sorry it is definitely 1/4 cup. AND of course it's nutritional yeast.

    @geniash, I just want to thank you again for this recipe, and tell you another way to enjoy it. Last time I made it I didn't have quite enough zucchini so I added some cooked fresh corn, cut off the cob. Also added a teaspoon of garlic powder. Oh so good!

    I have a recipe for zucchini sweet pickles and for zucchini piccalilli relish.
