I tried the sugar scrubs with MP soap and found them too solid so wanted to do some of these softer solid scrubs and really like them. They were easy to make. I think they'll be cute to add as Christmas gifts next year. :)
I lined a baking pan with plastic wrap. I combined my oils, butters, sugar and EO with a whisk. Spread it, pressed it and put it in the fridge til firm.

I'm curious how much they'll harden over time so will leave one out. I might adjust the size for hand washing and make larger ones for the shower.

They look terrific Heartandsoap.
That shape is lovely.
So u put no soap then??? Did I read that right.

alot of people have much success in making solid sugar scrubs
with no soap at all. You can make your primary ingredients
a nice hard butter like kokum or Cocoa butter and have
pretty good results.
I think i'd add some E-Wax personally to sorta counter the
oil-slick in the shower/tub effect but for the most part
it's easy peasy.

ETA - I love your photo! great job.
How do you like them so far?
