Nice to meet you all. It's been awhile since I made soap and I'm looking forward to getting back into it. I've made several large batches of goats milk soap in lavender, rose, cinnamon, scents-plus some oatmeal scrubbing bars, and my favorite, eggshell scrubbing bars for the kitchen. I'm interested in finding a great recipe for sage soap. I haven't had a chance to look around the site yet, but that's the first thing I'll head for. Recipes!

I've found soap making to be really easy. I've never had a disaster up to this point. Well, once I poured some soap into tin molds and got a wake up call when the tin started melting-so, lesson learned. LOL.

I'm taking off in the morning for 2 weeks in New Mexico, but when I come back I'll check in, say hi, and start up a batch of soap then ask for/share tips. Looking forward to learning from you all.
