Any suggestion on how to wrap soaps that have stuff on the top? I made an oatmeal and honey soap that I sprinkled whole oats on the top. I don't really want to cover the soap completely, since the added oatmeal is like "curb appeal".

Perforated shrink wrap and horizontal band come to mind. How about a ribbon and tag with info.

If you're selling them at a fair or market, you could skip the label all together and leave them naked!! Display the soaps deli style.

Have business card size paper's with the ingredients and name on it. When you sell one, add the paper and wrap in tissue. Stickers would work as well with the info on them and use that to fasten the tissue.

Another idea is to use ribbon or twine to tie around it like a present and add a hang tag.
