Pomegranate in Olive Oil

Has anybody taken the seeds out of a pomegranate, put them in olive oil, and stick blended the bejeepers out of it? I did and then strained it. The smell is just wonderful but I'm not sure if it will stay after the lye. Does anybody know? Thank you!

Our store sells this type of oil. Nope have not used it as I can not use OO on my skin. But go for it and report back. i bet it will make a great bar.

Thanks everybody for your thoughts. I'll give it a whirl and post some pics. I'm thinking of using BB Midnight Pomegranate FO. Wish me luck!

The pomegranate on its own won't keep any scent... adding the FO sounds like an excellent idea. Can't wait to see your pictures!
