Need help, the soap is still oily after cutting.

appearance: oily after cutting, but soap is already firm

ingredients:
lye: 505g
water: 1062ml
coconut oil: 3.376 kg
palm oil: 500g
kojic acid: 40g
rosehip oil: 50ml
rosehip powder: 50g
fragrance oil: 20ml
sodium lactate: 30ml

soaping at 48°c lye+water
oils temp: 38°c

it only happens when I add kojic acid, or salicylic and glycolic.
without adding one of those ingredients, the soap seems ok

@AliOop said there is a shortage of NaOH because it reacts with acids.
Does anyone have an idea about the percentage of NaOH to add for example adding up 40g of kojic or glycolic acid, percentage of NaOH to add? Also when you add NaOH do I need to add water as well?

Thank you
