mica spots

Is this melt and pour soap? If so, I can't help much as I've never used alcohol.

If its CP, the mica should have been mixed with oil and stick blended in.

Either way, it looks like it either was lumpy when added or it reclumped and sunk to the bottom.
Its really weird as mica doesn't normally do that, regardless of how its mixed.
Where did you get the mica? Was it specifically for soap?

It is a melt and pour I used mica that i got from a craft store for soaps, it was shea butter melt and pour
 
That is really weird. If your soap was one color, I would suggest remelting it and trying to stir it in more.
I suppose you could try cutting the green bits out and melting the different colors separately.

Maybe try adding the mica straight to the base. That what I do and it always mixes in nicely. Just experiment with a little soap though, no reason to use a lot until you know how it behaves.
