Last night when making my first batch I heated up alittle too much criscow/palm and coconut oil. Is it okay for me to pour the warm/extra oil back into the jug? Will it harden back up and be ok to use in the future? What is the proper method of cooling extra oil and saving it for future use?

Thanks!

If your oils were combined, it will be hard to remember the ratio of each oil unless you write it down right away. I would just let it cool and put it in a plastic storage container to use next time. Write down the percentages of each oil and tape it on the container.

I think lots of people "prebatch" their favourite recipes. So if you still have the amounts oils written somehwere, no problema, just use them for next time!
