I've been poking around on Etsy a good bit and I can't help but notice that a lot of the put together looking shops don't have the "warning - the safety of this product has not been determined" on the front of their cosmetic products. Have they had they're products tested or is there something that allows hem to not put it because I thought it was required. Have I misunderstood?
