Keeping Beer

I've got some left over beer that has been boiled and stored in a jam jar. It's currently chilling in the fridge and has been for about a week now. I don't want to throw it out because I think that'd be a waste of boiled beer.

Does the stuff need poured out after a certain time or is it fine to use in the next batch of beer soap? and if it is...can I add newer beer to the mix (of the same kind).

Go ahead and mix and match! I'll be good to boil off the booze in the new beer too.

I would say you'd be fine if you soap another batch within a couple of weeks.
