Did you use a fragrance oil in your soap? FOs can sometimes cause your soap to "sweat". The holes may have been caused by air bubbles in the soap.

Does that caused the dark marks too?
If it has vanillin in it.

If I am using a well behaved FO, I will mix it in with my oils to make sure it is well incorporated. Make sure to tap out the air bubbles from under the bell of the stick blender and when mixing, keep it under the batter. Use the stick blender the least amount you can and then use a spatula to stir. Both will help to eliminate air bubbles.
