HP question

My first attempt at HP soap. The process never looked like it went into a mashed patato stage. It has been cooking for about an hour already and this is what it looks like now.
Not sure if I it is ready to be put in a mold yet, so I would appreciate kindly any feedback...

Yes, its ready to put in the mold. You won't always see every stage, for me the mashed potato stage goes by quickest and is easy to miss. As soon as it starts looking transparent-ish, I mold it up.

Thank you for the quick response. I have attempted and made 2 small batches of cold process soaps, but it looked totally different than this. I was beginning to think I messed up somewhere.
