If you hot process soap and it's still zapping, does it matter if you cure for 4 weeks?
 
That depends. If it is zapping only because it hasn't fully saponified yet, then yes cure time should be sufficient to complete the process. If it is zapping because it is lye heavy, then no, 4 weeks cure won't fix it.
 
If you used soapcalc, and listed a superfat, and measured everything very accurately, then yes it will probably be fine and just needs to cook longer. If it is already in the mold, then I would zap test it again a day or two after it is cut.
