help fast trace

i made a batch of soap lastnight and it seems like everytime i use hemp oil .i get a fast trace and i could'nt add my frarange tp the soap i wanted to know if i could add the scent to the gel state while in the mold ? i wanted to use up oils so i made the batch it seemed lumpy and when i cut it the soap has some light stripes and the lemon grasss tea changed the cord thats ok but the fast trace why
heres the recipe
lemon grass tea steedped , canola oil. castor oil, cottenseed , hemp. palm kerenal and palm oil and greep seed oil

What are the percentages of each oil?
What is the total oil amount?
How much lye?
What temperature are you soaping at?
Are you adding any fragrance oils?
What are you using to color the soap?
Is it gelling in the pot?
