Help! Did my soap get screwed up?

My soap has white flecks in it. The Ph is testing ok with the strips and the two other logs I did from the same batch don't have the spots. What is going on?

pH testing won't tell you much about a bar soap. did you do a zap/tongue test?

to ME, from HERE, they look like tiny bubbles probably caused by your stick blender. but hard to say.

Nothing on the tongue test. I hate doing that as it gives me flashbacks to childhood and soap in my mouth.

I like the white flecks....I would have thought you meant for them to be there if you didn't say anything... Reminds me of a nice granite or Corian counter top! How did you get the nice grey color with the black flecks?

Funny how people think they screwed up, and yet the soap still looks awesome!

Thanks! I just wanted to make sure the soap was safe. I plan on giving it out for Christmas gifts. The appearance is fine with me otherwise.

I mixed some Ultramarine Blue, Ultramarine Violet and Black oxide pigment together that I got from Brambleberry. I dye yarn so I'm used to mixing dyes to make colors.
