Hello from the Desert!

Hi there everyone,

I am a NEWBIE, never made soap before, but have been doing a lot of research. My fiance and I are VERY interested in organic and all natural living. I want to start making my own soap with most organic ingredients. I have been reading millersoap.com and Brambleberry for products.

I'm going to buy a good scale so that I can measure but any first timer tips are welcome. Anything to avoid, watch for, make sure to use/do?
