Just wanted to introduce myself.
I'm 42ys old and grew up hating soap. I hated the way they smelled; I hated the way they felt; I hated the way they dried out my skin. It wasn't until decades later that I realized the products I was using weren't "real" soaps at all, they were detergents. So I began making my own soap in 2007 and found that I LOVE soap and will never go back to store bought products.
I don't make fancy soaps that look like cupcakes. :razz: I haven't got the time, talent, or energy. But the soaps I do make are wonderful products that I am proud to offer to family and friends. I don't sell -- YET! But hope to do so in the future.
I've frequented this site in the past, and finally thought I should join.
