thank you! i used quite a high proportion - 75ml heavy cream in 800ml oils. i used the milk in oil method (ime it helps to keep the uncoloured parts paler and when it's blended in the oils, it seems to scorch less) and superfatted at 2% to compensate for the extra fat in the heavy cream.

I don't limit myself to sweets even on a diet, I just eat keto whipped cream instead of the usual cream
