Fragrance ratio

Hi,

Uk based question

If the ifra allows, Do you always use 3% fragrance in your CP soap? Or do you sometimes opt for lower? Intrigued!

I always use 3% if it allows. There are not many that are so strong that I can use less and get away with it.
