I have read that M&P soaps need a lower % in batch than CP soap. This got me to wondering if the heat generated during SAP causes the FO's or EO's to either loose their scent or evaporate during curing.
Any thoughts??

It does take less in MP than CP due to the lye and saponification process. Some scents work better in MP than CP. Especially those that like to seize or accelerate in CP. There are more than enough fragrances out there to be successful in both.
