FO's local stores for soap??

Can anyone confirm FO's in stores such as Walmart, Michael's or Hobby Lobby are body safe. The ones that I see are usually used for aroma and say 'alcohol free'.

Anyone using them in CP soap making?

All the fragrance oils I have seen at walmart say not to get it on the skin, so I am assuming they are not safe. I did find fo at michaels that are intended for soap on the isle with the m&p soap.

tried michaels fo, didnt do anything, i think they aew for mp & p, i do use the soap color from there, it works.
