foot cream for diabetic.... help!

I have a lady that said she is diabetic, and her feet are BAD. She said she can't use regular lotion, and has to use something else, but can't remember why, or what.....
Does anyone know what would be good for her? Her feet are dry and cracked horribly. I have NO experience with diabetes, so I don't know what a contraindication would be lotion wise.
I would love to come up with something for her because she is just miserable...

I don't know but I would seriously hesitate to make a lotion for a diabetic with foot problems - if your product is contaminated it could lead to a really bad infection.

Ya know, after thinking about it more I think I will pass on that one... I really don't want to get involved with anything medical.
