First Palm Wax Pillar

Made my first ever Palm wax candle today and cannot wait to see what the pattern is like :0) I have used paraffin wax for like nearly 15 yrs I think and put the Palm in a double boiler system well do you think I could get it to reach 100 Celcius LOL Had to put it in a pot after realising I just couldn't hit those kind of temps in a double boiler :0)

I've never used palm, only beeswax or paraffin, I hope your candle turned out great. I did visit your blog and your soaps are beautiful!

Hmmmm now for the challenge of getting the wicking right......first one blew out of the side on me so now to downsize :0).
Making another tonight so will post pic tomorrow............not sure if we can post candles in the photo section??? will post in the candle forum
