I'm hoping the answer to this question is as simple as a yes or no.

Would different batches of the same essential oil contain the same allergens?

Just wondering if changing supplier would effect any allergens I’ve listed.

TIA

Sorry, but the answer is yes and no. It would really depend on where the EO was made, how it was made, where the botanical or substance the EO was made out of came from etc.,
Take lavender for instance. Most of what is in the actual plant may contain the same allergens, but then you have to get in to how it was grown, where it was grown, the soil it was grown in, and how it was processed, etc. etc., all of which may contain different allergens than that of the same lavender grown a mile away.

If you are listing allergens you must be labelling, please dont forget you may need your soap safety assessed if you are selling or even giving away.
