Dryer water = distilled?

I collect water from my AC condenser to wash the toilet. I always felt the water that came out from AC had to have some chemicals or some particles of dust and such in it. I have used filtered water in my early days and it made my soap ash a lot.

A few years ago I made a test/experimental batch of soap using water from my dehumidifier. The soap is still fine, with no DOS. I haven't used the dehumidifier water again for soap, but I do use it to dilute our hard tap water when I'm watering house plants.

from what I can see thru a search on the good old internet, water from a condenser dryer is distilled but has not gone through a proper distillation process. So the water is not drinkable because it has impurities.
