Does your frozen goats milk turn orangey-yellow?

Hmmm, that's really strange. I raised dairy goats for 15 years, making goatmilk soap from frozen milk almost exclusively the first five years, and never had that problem.

Frozen milk will dehydrate into dry powdery flakes rather than burn... I've forgotten milk in the freezer many times, but have never had it turn orange. I use buttermilk now, since selling off the goats last year, but it's never turned orange either.

Is this fresh milk, perhaps from a newly kidded goat that still has colostrum? Colostrum can turn deep yellow when frozen, nearly orange. Or is it canned or powdered milk, maybe that stuff turns orange when frozen?
