Cupcakes and whipped soap

I would like to try a batch of cupcakes just for fun. Do you have to use whipped soap for the tops or can you use your regular CP batch? I tried googling...but, I'm not finding the answer.

I read somewhere that one person makes the bottoms and puts them in the oven to start gell and then makes the top batch and adds the tops to the bottoms. Is this the common procedure?

R they done cold process do u think or with melt & pour?????
Don't have time to google the heck outta that one but makes me think they r M&P.

I've read about both. I want to do CP.

I CP the bases and then do whipped soap for the top. Check out www.nizzymoulds.com Really great instructions and inspiration there.
