Cream Soap keeps falling :(

I was trying my hand at making a cream soap, but I whip it and the next day it's like a thick liquid again. I admit I omitted the called for glycerine because I have none on hand atm, is this a absolutely necessary ingredient ? Could that be the reason my cream keeps falling ?

Cream soap is on my to do list , it's a very long list
