contracting out

Does anyone have any experience with going 'private label'? I am at the point where I can't do it all myself and I have to either find a space to make lots of soap and hire staff or just get it made for me. I've checked out a few companies but would love to hear from anyone who knows the ropes. Advice? :?:

By 'private label' do you mean: hiring somebody else to make the soap using your formulas, but putting your label on the soap (which is made by the hired help and not by you)? (just trying to clarify your question).

No. I mean going commercial. ie. getting a company to manufacture soaps for me with my own label. I would move from selling at farmers markets to being a wholesaler.
