Ok, so I made some lotion, this I ran it through Soap-making calculator this batch was even thicker than my last batch of thick lotion, and I'm almost scared it won't pump through the pump bottle. So... is it possible to reheat the lotion and add more water, to just loosen it up just a tid bit? or is is just "as is" and better luck next time?

Can you try a small portion of it to test? I know some base lotions that you buy can be heated so you can add a fragrance. However, most base lotions have ingredients to make them more stable. On the other hand, this question was asked on Swift's blog and she stated it's not a good idea. http://swiftcraftymonkey.blogspot.com/2012/02/question-can-you-re-heat-failed-batch.html

Are you sure it's too thick to pump? Have you tested it? If it is too thick, can you put it in a container and call it cream?
