calculating shipping threw paypal

So, now here's my problem...
I'm using PayPal shopping cart for payment.....
If anyone out there uses this method PLEASE explain to me how
Do I get the shopping cart to automatically calculate
Shipping charges???
I have tried several things that I thought would work
But I would get free shipping .... I don't want that....
So now I have had to put a flat fee ... I don't want that
Either because that could be too low or too high for some
Products.
SO PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP

I called PayPal and found out I just gave to set it at a fixed rate so I did a basic check with the company I'm wholesaling for and got different rates according to weight....
So, I based my shipping costs on weight .... Now...HOPEFULLY that will work.... I've been up for 4 nights straight with no sleep trying to get my website completed and everyone of those nights something went wrong that put me behind in finishing .
But, now I'm finally happy to say I'm 1/2 way done and hopefully in a few more days I will be completed..... After I get a couple days of sleep.

What are you righting your code in?

HTML only or are you adding PHP or some sort of server side scripting? If so I can look over the code and help you out as paypal is realy easy after your secound or third build (it just takes getting used to).
