Caffein?

Does anyone use caffein in their bath/body/soap items? I am wondering the usage rate. While cleaning out my supply room I found 8oz of it from todiefor. Evidently I had big plans at one time :wink: .

I'd personally save it for injecting straight into my veins ... I'd save a TON on coffee and my teeth would probably be whiter. LOL-JK!

I think Kwahlne soaped caffeine before. Or at least she was researching it.

When using caffeine the usage amount is usually only 1%. If it is Vitalderm then it is only 1% anything over will re-crystallize in your product. It is usually only water soluble so I'm not sure a lip balm is doable...
