bio-cream concentrated lotion base

wass looking (shopping) www.suppliesbystar.com and she has a base that has the emulsifiers, esters and preservatives in a pre-mixed base.

all you do is add your choie of liquids, butters and oils-and voila! apparently with this you can make everything from thick creams to light lotions-depending on the amount of liquids added.

this sounds too good to be true!

has anyone tried this? or something similar?

I have never seen anything like it, but it does sound amazing! I guess we must try it to believe it!!!
