beer soap question

how do you tell if your beer is flat? (im a noob, and i admit it)

i let it sit in the fridge a couple days, still foamy. so i cooked it. still foamy. (and significantly less of it) is it flat? how do i tell??

When I make beer soap I cook my beer for about 45 minutes. I bring it to a quick boil and then simmer it for the remaining time. After that I refrigerate it until it is Uber cold. As long as you can stir it without fizz or bubbles it should be ok. Be careful when adding the lye though. If you don't use a cold water bath you do run the risk of climbing.
