No a wasps nest. I want to make some truly crazy soaps from myself. There are probably dead wasps I can even add in there. Obviously I wouldn't sell such a thing. But I want to push the boundaries of what can be added to soap while it still maintaining its primary function.

DOS come from rancid oils. You need to asses which oils may have gone rancid. I've made close to 100 batches of soap and never had DOS mostly because my oil stocks are constantly replenished.

I regularly make 80% with no slimy issues. Not really sure what you even mean by slimy. What temperature are you combining your solutions?

Has anyone gotten crazy with what they replaced their water with? Some popular ones are coffee, tea ... I have some 100% aloe vera juice I am going to try. Also thinking about shredding up a bee hive and using it as an exfoliator in a honey soap. Anyone tried anything unique or interesting?

And I haven't tested it at all yet. but when I get some feedback and have tested it ill drop by on this link again.

It smells just like a pitzel if you have ever had one of them. Sort of like black licorice. My girlfriend really likes the smell and it is her favorite. I don't mind the smell but really the soap has one job to do and that's remove terrible fish smells which I hope it does.

+ the lye solution was made with brewed coffee water

Anyone have experience selling lye soap in direct sunlight? Does it melt/do anything funny? Thanks--

Can you add orange zest to the top of hot processed soaps?

Not a fan of plastic packaging when it is unnecessary, otherwise the logo looks nice.

I ordered the anise EO. So i'm thinking Anise EO with peppermint and lemon grass combined with pumice/activated charcoal and rose koalin clay.
