Selling Soap In the Sun

Anyone have experience selling lye soap in direct sunlight? Does it melt/do anything funny?

I do a lot of outdoor markets. The sun will discolor /fade soaps and in very hot weather, but never had any, other my m&p soap melt

Your soap will not melt in direct sunlight. I did an experiment by leaving a box of my handmade soap in the car, with the windows up, in direct sunlight all day during a 90+ degree day. No melting whatsoever. I did not however try this with melt and pour soap.
