Adding zest to hot processes

Can you add orange zest to the top of hot processed soaps?

Yes. I've seen dehydrated orange slices as decorations in soap, too.

If using powdered zest you can. Fresh Zest will mold. As for dehydrated fruit slice please put a warning to remove them before using. They can really rip open the skin. Citrus slices made with m&p always look nice embedded on the top
