Sunflower oil

Has anyone used it, and how did you like it? I have a local supplier that I can get organic oils from, and they have this on sale for $22.10 a gallon, plus I can pick it up and avoid shipping charges. What do you think?

keep it low - under 15% (below 10% is better).
but can you honestly use it all within the time frame of freshness? I like to use that sort of oil within 6 months of opening.
maybe split it and cook with half and soap half?

After some reading and your insight, I think I will pass on the sunflower oil. I usually just get EOs and organic coconut oil from them. I think that I will keep it that way for now.

I use sunflower oil all the time at about 15%. I have never had a problem. It is high oleic.

high oleic is different from regular.
