Seriously, my DH loves the scent. In hunting season, he will shower with PT soap to reduce his scent, which is why I call it "sportsman's soap". But even when he's not hunting, he prefers to use it anyway. The scent doesn't linger after he dries off ... maybe there is the tiniest of whiffs ... nothing objectionable.
An added benefit is that the PT lathers really well and it cleans his oily skin without drying. I based my recipe on a nice basic bath bar. I am convinced adding PT makes it lather even better than the recipe does without the PT.
