Paper cupcake liners and CP soap?

I want to make some cupcake soaps but don't have any silicone muffin cups. I do have some paper ones though.

Will the soap seep through the paper or will the paper be difficult to pull off the soap if I use them with CP? I'm thinking so....

Anyway, just thought I'd ask if anyones done it before!

I've had good success with white paper cupcake liners but I've only tried them with whipped soap--not sure if that makes a difference. (I once tried cupcake papers with a multicolor design and the color stained the soap.)

I don't know, but I line my plastic mold w/wax paper and sometimes it sticks to the soap.

I bought some silicone muffin cups at walmart for 3.50. I think I got 12.
