The first one that is pretty is the successful batch of 9 lbs, the second one that is ugly is my first batch of 18 lbs. 
. A lot of soap went to waste on that lesson! You can see the clumps of lye that didn't dissolve. You all told me about the split method. I have never had trouble before making goat milk but hopefully I will never have trouble again either. Thank you Irish Lass!
