I joined over the holidays, but have not yet had time to introduce myself.
I've only been making soap for about a year so I'm still kind of a newb, though I do read a lot, and researched it for some months before making my first batch
I also like making other toiletries, candlemaking and various other crafts -- my family does not share my passion, though they do like my finished products
I homeschooled both of my kids (who are now in college and doing well), read too many books (well . . . I'm not the one who thinks it's too many), write short stories, and quit my job to go back to college. I have a degree as a legal assistant, but I'm currently a history and political science major. Hubby is a Doctor of Naturopathy, but designs web apps for a living.
