I found article from woman health magazine regarding bar soap vs body wash. In the article it said: "Some soaps scented with essential oils—like Lush Cosmetics' jasmine-y Lust soap ($8 for 0.25 lb, lushusa.com)—have so much staying power, you can skip perfume. ("Fragrances are like oils, so...

    Dr. Adorable

They are inexpensive probably because they are not certified organic. I didn't see any organic logo on their label. I could not make a claim that my soaps contain certified organic oils (if I use Dr. Adorable)

how do you classified your business?

I'm going to make and sell soaps in the beginning. Making them at home and sell them via online and craft fairs. I registered my business as LLC. I agree with Koshka. Listing my business as manufacturing will create a lot of problems. That's probably why my SBA consultant suggested to list as...

how do you classified your business?

I'm trying to fill out EIN form for new business. One of the questions is "What does your business do?" Should I put manufacturing because I'm making a product? Or retail because I'm selling a product? Any advice will be great. Thank you.
