What size batch do you normally make???

usually I do 2 LB. batches, just to be sure that the fo's will not morph or anything. After I know for sure the fo's are stable, then I will make 5.5 LBS, or 11 LBS.

I used to do 7.5lb batches, but I've sliced that down to about 2lb batches. It makes my life so much easier, plus less waste when one doesn't go as planned.

I make 3 lb batches with tried and true recipes. I have a 1 lb mold for trying out new stuff.

I've been using a 2lb mold and sometimes I use a quart milk container when I want to do only a pound to test something out.

I did splurge for my 1 year soaping anniversary and I bought myself a 5lb. silicon-lined Woodfields. Can't wait to try it out!!!

Always three pounds. I don't have any other sized molds yet. Depending on how much scrap I have left over from my wood sculpture project, I might make myself my first wooden mold.
