I need help on preservatives again!

Am thinking of making a lotion using floral water, botanical/fruit extracts, some oils and a lotion emulsifier (Sodium Polyacryloyldimethyl Taurate, Hydrogenated Polydecene, Trideceth-10).

Initially, I thought of using Optiphen or Tinosan but a friend warned me that Tinosan is light and pH sensitive.

So now I'm even more confused. Going without a preservative isn't an option and I'm looking for something that is paraben and formaldehyde free...

Any ideas?

I use Liquid Germall Plus, as it is good all around preservative for most anything that has water as an ingredient.
